the start

So where do we begin  my name is Alan I am 64 and have decided to retire early while still reasonably fit ,along with Hilary my wife of nearly forty three years who is a little younger ,I have just been told "more than a little thank you " ,unfortunately no gold plated pension though ,just our savings .  we have at last bought a boat  57ft by 6ft 10" her name is Sybil Evette and she is11 years old.
All the survey points have been sorted so we now need to fill her up with all the day to day stuff needed to spend at least our first summer exploring the waterways and then go on from there .
You really don`t realise just how much you need but I suppose we will soon find out what we don't need as well
As this is the first time I have attempted to produce some thing like this please be patient if it doesn't work first time but I will try to put  more information in when our adventure really starts along with pictures.
